90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Quantum Healing Machine)

Every Quantum Healing Machine comes with our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you use the machine as instructed and you are not satisfied with your results within 90 days of delivery, you may return it and receive your money back.

To qualify for the guarantee:

• The return must be requested within 90 days from the date you received the machine.
• The machine must have been used according to the instructions and training provided.
• The machine must be returned complete, in good condition, with all accessories and any free products that came with it.
• You must contact us first on 0916 688 1570 to register your return before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned machine, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the payment method or bank account you provide.

Try Before You Buy

If you are not ready to commit, you do not have to. You can visit our head office in Port Harcourt and test the Quantum Healing Machine FREE for 2 days before making any decision. You can also choose payment on delivery, which lets you inspect the machine before money leaves your hand.

How to Return a Product

• Step 1: Call or WhatsApp us on 0916 688 1570 and tell us you want to make a return. Have your name and purchase details ready.
• Step 2: We will confirm your eligibility and give you the return instructions, including where to send or drop off the product (Port Harcourt, Lagos, or Abuja).
• Step 3: Package the product securely in its original packaging where possible, with all accessories included.
• Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm your refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

If the product is faulty or was damaged before it reached you, BS Company covers the cost of return shipping and replacement delivery. If you are returning under the satisfaction guarantee, the cost of returning the product to us is covered by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Please inspect your product on delivery. If your product arrives damaged, or develops a fault under normal use, contact us immediately on 0916 688 1570. We will repair or replace it. Free training is included with every machine purchase, and our support team is always available to help you use your product correctly.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For reasons of hygiene, wearable products such as the Quantum Healing Men Boxer, Quantum Healing Women Pant, and Graphene Anti-Bacterial Women Pant cannot be returned once opened and worn, unless they are faulty. Free products received with a machine purchase must be returned together with the machine if the machine is being returned under the guarantee.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are paid within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product, by bank transfer to the account details you provide, or by the same method you used to pay.
